As you are all aware we are in uncertain times with the spread of the Covid-19 virus. At this stage, I would hope that everyone is still looking forward to their wonderful weddings as much as I am looking forward to photographing them for you.
Personally and as a professional business, I am taking every precaution to stay fit and healthy for your wedding, as I am sure all my brides and grooms are doing the same. I am currently sanitising my hands every time I get back into the car from the shops, enter my home, arrive at an event during and after.
Usually, if I am unwell it is head down do the job and carry on, unfortunately in this instance, neither party will be allowed to do this as we are all to self-isolate.
I do have measures in place should I contract the virus during the period of your wedding and a suitable replacement will be found to cover your wedding day.
With so many uncertainties, I would hope we can be compassionate, supportive and understanding as wedding suppliers and as couples should either party fall ill in the run-up and during your special day.
I wish you and your families all the best & good health, and I look forward to photographing your wonderful wedding in 2020.
UPDATE 16TH MARCH
As the government is implementing stricter measures It will be down to your wedding venue at this stage as to whether they will allow your wedding to take place, or if they feel or are forced to close.
DO NOT CANCEL if you have wedding insurance, as they will not pay out if you do this. Contact them first.
Make every effort with your suppliers to reschedule your wedding this is your number one priority.
Rescheduling your wedding for another date mid-week, later in the year or even next year may not be a bad thing to be looking into, and I would say the best and only option by far. This way you are not going to lose any money or as much money as if you were to cancel completely, as most suppliers will not refund any money if you cancel.
All bookings made with me will be honoured so please keep up to date with my calendar for availability throughout the year if you're looking at rescheduling.

Unfortunately, cancellations will be just that, and no refunds can be paid out if you cancel 12 weeks before the day of your wedding this is in line with the terms and conditions of the contract which can be found here on the website
Stay well and let's keep our fingers crossed that all your weddings will go ahead as planned
UPDATE 18th March
As we all know this is a very stressful time for everyone no more so than couples that have their wedding planned for the next 6/8 weeks.
This is why we should work together and get your wedding date locked in for later in the year as soon as possible.
If your registrar is not available then why not think about using a celebrant, Like Celebrant Ceremonies by Becky, who will do your ceremony for you, you will just have to go into the registry office either before or after to do the legal signing etc. This way you can still have your wedding on a new date in the future.
Couples so far have already rearranged their dates for August/September onwards, if you have not done so already then please do get in touch with me, your venue and other wedding suppliers and let's get a new date booked for you today.
