Today I was at the Villa and Wrea Green photographing the wedding for Brenda and James, along with my lovely assistant today cocobella.photography.

Today started off with bridal preparations at the villa for both bride and groom. The groom took a more casual approach, spending most of the time at the bar and enjoying the sunshine outside with all his friends, while the bride and her bridesmaids were up in the wedding parlour having their hair and makeup done and drinking a little prosecco.

As the morning went on the bride and bridesmaids were ready to make their way down the stairs for Brenda to meet her husband to be as he patiently waited in the ceremony room for Brenda and her bridesmaids to walk down the aisle.

The ceremony got underway with plenty of laughs and smiles as the wonderful couple exchanged their wedding vows and placed the rings on each other’s fingers, sailed with a loving kiss before making their exit, where they would be greeted with a glass of champagne and some canapes to put them on until the wedding breakfast was served.

Everyone was now seated for the wedding breakfast and it was time for the speeches from the best man the groom and even the bride stood up to say a few words to her husband and the guests.

Time to relax and digest the wonderful food that had been served for the wedding breakfast before the evening party got underway and time for just a few photos, and drinks all around.

With evening wedding party now in full swing it was time for the first dance the cutting of the cake and everyone to get on the dance floor and enjoy the party with James and Brenda celebrating their wonderful wedding day.
