Hannah and Ben hired me to photograph their wedding at Singleton Lodge Country House Hotel, a venue I am very familiar with and have covered many weddings here over the past 10 years.
The day started off with the bridal preparations at Singleton lodge with Hannah and her bridesmaids getting ready in one of the bridal suite rooms. Everyone seemed happy and excited for the upcoming wedding with plenty of bubbly being drunk and laughter all around.
As the morning went on and I had finished photographing the wedding dress, flowers and shoes etc, it was time for Hannah to put on her wedding dress, whilst I made my way downstairs the photograph Ben and his best man out under the old oak tree on the swing having a bit of fun with the lads and calming the nerves.
It was now time for the wedding ceremony as Ben stood eagerly waiting for his bride to walk down the aisle, for him to see her for the first time in her lovely wedding dress accompanied by her father.
The ceremony was quite emotional with personal wedding vows read by one another to each other, a few tears were shed as they swore their love and commitment to one another.
Ben and Hannah are now husband and wife and time for the celebrations and party to begin.
After a few drinks, it was time to head outside for the traditional confetti throwing and group photos with all their friends and family, before the couple headed off on their own for their own personal wedding photos.
In the evening we took the opportunity to go outside and get some lovely photos under the old oak tree, lit up from behind makes a wonderful backdrop for some memorable photographs of their wedding day.
