The Lakeside Hotel and spa at Newby bridge in the Lake District was the venue for today's wonderful wedding of mark and Jodie.

The day started off with some brief bridal preparation photos and the bridesmaids in the gardens, before heading off to the main hotel for the wedding ceremony.

The weather was just perfect blue skies fluffy white clouds and just a light breeze a perfect day for any wedding.

I met Mark the groom in the oak room which overlooks the lake which will be the room for today's wedding ceremony a beautiful oak panelled walls with large bright windows that provides the perfect light for today's wedding.

After the ceremony, we headed out into the garden for drinks and canapes and all the usual casual and group photos with the bride and groom and their wedding guests.

I took a short walk with the bride and groom around the grounds and along the edge of the lake to get some personal photos of the two of them along with a few images using the drone taking photos from above them as they stood on the end of the jetty.

A lovely small wedding with a lovely couple with friends and family at a fabulous location at the lakeside hotel for any wedding.
